Dialysis clinic

Our dialysis clinic will be provided twice a week in ACT and NSW.

UDCARE Registered Dialysis nurses offer the participants a choice regarding dialysis treatment by administering this life-prolonging procedure. Our RN’s will support you, administer your medication, and monitor participants throughout dialysis. We will be educating the participants about kidney disease and the lifestyle choices that help them to manage their disease. Our dialysis clinic offers our RN nurses the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of participants

  • Our registered nurses will ensure that
  • the participants will receive the correct medication and time on dialysis machines
  • Monitor and evaluate the participants throughout the time they are undergoing treatment
  • Record all treatments given per participant and identify any changes to the participant’s health
  • Raise and record any concerns and adjust care plan where needed
  • Prepare dialysis machines and medications specific to every patient's needs
  • Provide ongoing training and personal development, and support and mentor less qualified colleagues and nursing students.

 UDCARE Centre-based haemodialysis will take place at our dialysis clinics based in NSW and in ACT and will be offered at the comfort of your own home.

Community placement for student nurses

  • Our nursing students will offer our participants the service we provide in their own homes, under the supervision of our registered nurses.
  • Our nursing students will offer that are similar to what you see in the hospital setting. the difference will be looking after participants with long-term health conditions.



UDCARE provide for our participants to attend their appointments, work, schools and any destination as per our participant's needs. 

Our support workers are available to train participants who want to be independent regarding using the public transport.

Our transport service is offered once off or it is offered on a regular basis.
